You do not create any screening tests. Our AI generates them for each candidate separately.
After you create a job post in the platform, you can generate a job post link and send the link to your candidates via email/text. Candidates can then use the job post link to take the AI generated screening tests for various skills.
Candidates get the option to choose the experience level (Junior/Middle/Senior/Senior+) before taking any test for any skill. The AI then generates a screening test for the skill, based on the experience level input.
For each skill, the screening test is 5 minutes long, with 6 questions. The difficulty level of the questions depends on the experience level input.
At the end of the screening test, the AI grades the candidate responses and tags the candidate accordingly (Junior/Middle/Senior/Senior+)
